Shipping policy
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
United States delivery
Standard shipping is estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days after the order is processed. Express shipping is estimated to arrive within 1–2 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control. Available services and prices are shown at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the label is created.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us at urtorio@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We can change an address only before shipment. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
International shipping
International shipping will be offered only to destinations for which a shipping service and rate appear at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Where supported, customs duties and import taxes will be calculated for the customer to pay at checkout. If duties cannot be collected at checkout, the destination may remain unavailable until compliant shipping service is configured.
Delays, missing packages, and damage
If tracking shows an unusual delay, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an order arrives damaged, contact us at urtorio@gmail.com with the order number. We will help review the carrier information and available next steps. Please also check the delivery area, household members, and neighbors when appropriate.
